Today marks 1 week nicotine free! If you’ve been following my progress you know that a week is the longest I’ve ever been without it. I’m so very grateful for the words of encouragement and support you all have given. The next goal is to hit 3 weeks or around 20 days. This is the minimum period to hit for a routine to start becoming a habit, as far as I understand.
